2014
CHP was founded by Charles Hunt in July, with one property under management and himself.
2015
A significant growth of the business during this period, with its first interstate property in Sydney, followed by Brisbane 6 months later.
2016
CHP moved to his first office in Hawthorn with a team of 10.
2020
5-year milestone was celebrated with the businesses 50th property under management.
2021
CHP established its local base in Brisbane. With its 25th shopping centre management appointment.
2022
CHP team grew to over 20. With the development of inhouse Leasing department.
2023
CHP won its first A-Grade office property & building management appointment.
2024
CHP celebrated its 100th property under management and its 30th staff member joining in this year.
2025
CHP celebrated its 10 year of operation.
