David is a leasing professional with extensive experience in regional, sub regional and neighbourhood shopping centres.
With over 20 years in the property industry, David brings to the team a long list of established retail brands and new to market food and beverage businesses.
Passionate about achieving highly productive retail outcomes, David is well versed in retail strategy and precinct modelling through Right Tenant, Right Location analysis.
Successful projects have included; Analysis of trading environments and appropriate tenant mix strategies, and introduction of replacement tenants at established shopping centres, project leasing, tenant representation and advisory to some of Melbourne’s high net worth private families and developers.
Having spent part of his career at Coles in a National Leasing capacity, David has a unique perspective having been instrumental in their acquisition and expansion strategy and securing new greenfield locations and negotiating with landlords and developers.
